Consumer Loan Collection/Recovery Manager jobs in Waco, TX
Consumer Loan Collection/Recovery Manager manages a group of collection/recovery supervisors and develops collection strategies to minimize "bad debt" portfolio loss. Responsible for initial and ongoing training for all subordinate personnel. Being a Consumer Loan Collection/Recovery Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a top management. The Consumer Loan Collection/Recovery Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Consumer Loan Collection/Recovery Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Our business is based on customer service and our clients expect and deserve the best! We have full and part-time positions available. W-2 commission wages and, depending on full or part-time employment, other benefits. Our grooming salon is open Monday through Friday. Stylists must meet with each pet parent for a professional consultation prior to the groom.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience needed in all breed, all sizes, dog grooming
- Photos of previous grooms showing various breeds and styles will be requested prior to interview. Show us how talented you are!
- Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated
- Strong customer service skills a must. Must be able to effectively communicate.
