COLLECTIONS SUPERVISOR Zito Media has an opening for a Collections Supervisor. This position is responsible for managing all collection functions for the company to ensure customer accounts are current and accurate.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership ability and have knowledge of Zito's business practices / systems. Functions include but not limited to : Review all collections processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiencies.
Monitor / respond to escalation inquires from the Collections Team. Maintain detailed and accurate records for each account with aged balances.
Assess customer needs to determine appropriate payment arrangements within company guidelines. Interview prospective employees and choose the best applicant based on skills, knowledge and abilities required for the job.
Responsible for administrative aspects including but not limited to reporting, time sheets, schedule adherence, schedule adjustments, etc.
Monitor employee performance and service to customers. Build relationships across all departments within the company Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Ability to make decisions independently and prioritize tasks for the team. Time management and workload efficiency skills.

Minimum of 1 year customer service, collections, billing, or accounting experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word.
