Assists in designing and administering collection processes, policies, and procedures, also supervises use of computerized collection systems. Consumer Loan Collection Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Consumer Loan Collection Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Consumer Loan Collection Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.
