Consumer Loan Collection Supervisor jobs in Portsmouth, OH

In the role of Account Representative, you will interact directly with customers by phone and face-to-face contact in our beautiful office environment. You will:

• Provide program descriptions to new customers interested in a loan or loan conversion
• Establish new customer accounts
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to qualify applicants for loans
• Provide pricing, terms and loan amount information in a clear and concise manner
• Manage customer accounts
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Receive and document customer payments
• Perform reminder calls and friendly collection calls on past due accounts
• Record details of inquiries
• Maintain and update customer databases

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
