Follows set policies and procedures when determining suitable collection solution. Being a Consumer Loan Collector requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Consumer Loan Collector may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. In search of a reliable and upbeat Loan Processor to perform appraisals of consumer loans. You will undertake an intermediary role between existing/potential members and First Basin Credit Union. The goal is to help qualified applicants obtain loans in a timely manner and protect our organization’s credibility. Loan processor duties and responsibilities will include: providing guidance to members with basic loan inquiries and informing them of any promotional products available, assisting branch staff personnel in providing basic loan information for disclosure to members, processing and making loan disbursements, and securing all credit union liens through title work or UCC-1.
