General Summary

The Collector works directly with our members assisting them with account resolution. The ideal candidate is a service and solution driven professional with the ability to work with our members to resolve matters of delinquency and negative accounts.

Minimum Requirement

• Minimum one (1) year collection or banking experience.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Associate degree preferred; however, a combination of experience and education will qualify.
• Requires excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
