You will ensure that members are promptly and professionally served by processing loan applications, performing a broad variety of lending functions and offering solutions to help members reduce debt and achieve financial freedom.
Job Duties (include but not limited to):
· Process loan applications for review, communicate loan decisions, disburse approved loans and more per credit union practices and policies.
· Communicate and work with members who are delinquent on their obligations to the credit union.
· Engage members to determine what solutions would enhance the member’s financial well-being.
· Educate members about credit union products and services that would help them to meet their financial goals.
· Assist in the servicing of loans.
· Ensures that member’s requests and questions are promptly resolved whether in person, over the phone, or via other communication methods.
· Ensures that the Credit Union’s reputation is maintained and projected.
Qualifications:
· High School Graduate or equivalent required
· Customer service experience required
· Sales experience preferred
· Cash handling experience helpful
