Location Description

The Meadville, Pennsylvania facility is , square feet and home to about hard working team members who are proud to produce iconic pet food brands like Rachael RayNutrish.

Located along the banks of French Creek in Northwestern Pennsylvania and 45 minutes from Pittsburgh, Meadville is home to more than 13, full time residents and 2, Allegheny College students.

Meadville is an active center for business, industry, education, the arts, recreation, service and tourism. Conneaut Lake, Pymatuning State Park and the Erie National Wildlife Refuge are wonderful places to appreciate the area's natural beauty.

• Manufacturing experience (preference for pet food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods)
• A proven track record of goodattendanceand consistent performancedeliveringconsistent safety and quality
• Capabilityto work well in a team environmentand be willing to help solve problems and implement solutionswith diverse employees
• Must be willing to be on shift (12-hour 2-2-3 shift rotation, fixed days or nights) 6P / 6A
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment and follow all company Safety Rules & GMPs
• Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, aerial lifts.
• Able to operate, performbasicphysical activities : climbing, standing, bending, twisting, and moving around stairs, ladders, platforms, and various equipment
• Capabilityto work well in a team environmentand be willing to help solve problems and implement solutions
• Must be able toeffectively read, comprehend, interpret, record, and apply information from documents
• Mechanical interest and operational skills
• Able to learn new systems, record operational data and communicate results
• Track quality and waste metrics
• Emphasis on sanitation / cleaning
• Ability to work occasional flexible hours and overtime based on company / volume needs
• Ability to stand on a concrete floor 12 hours per day
• Reaching, bending, and twisting frequently
• Willingness to flow to the work to meet the needs of the business

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Climb ladders and bins
• Maneuver in tight spaces
• Move items of 55-80 lbs. in weight from one place to another
