Midwest Minnesota Community Development Corporation (MMCDC) is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to be responsible for creating loan files, gathering necessary documentation, and interacting with potential borrowers to generally support the organization's mortgage lending and servicing functions. MMCDC has a recent down payment assistance award, and this person would be highly involved in the roll out and execution of that program. Previous experience with Mortgage Lending is highly valued, but not required.
