Consumer Loan Quality Assurance Manager manages a team of auditors who ensure procedures regarding consumer loans are being met according to company guidelines and policies. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Consumer Loan Quality Assurance Manager typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Consumer Loan Quality Assurance Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Consumer Loan Quality Assurance Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Requirements:
HS Diploma/GED
Preferred:
Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience
Bilingual - Spanish
Location: On site
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.
