In this role, you will: Support Loan Servicing functional area and processes while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met Review, research, analyze, calculate, and submit purchase demand kits related to Small Business Administration (SBA) loans Identify opportunities to improve various areas within Loan Servicing and recommend solutions Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, or collections support tasks Follow SBA standard operating procedures Receive direction from Loan Servicing manager Escalate non-routine questions to more experienced individuals Provide guidance to less experienced peers Interact and communicate with internal partners as needed Assist in the development, review, and revision of department policy and procedures Have no direct customer contact Wells Fargo only considers candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who do not require work visa sponsorship from Wells Fargo now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States. Required Qualifications: 2 years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Knowledge and understanding of document research and review Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
