Additionally, Consumer Loan Servicing Clerk monitors escrow payments and tracks delinquencies. Researches customer and internal inquiries and delivers a response or solution. Maintains required electronic files and system inputs. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Consumer Loan Servicing Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. LOAN SERVICING SPECIALIST
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Location: 119 N. Cushman Street (Fairbanks, AK)
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
JOB OVERVIEW This position performs a variety of duties related to servicing of Mortgage, Consumer, Construction, and Commercial loans. Duties also include contract collections and/or insurance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in loan servicing/processing, banking and/or a professional office setting required. Insurance experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with computer programs and common office equipment.
- Ability to accurately and consistently apply knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to loan servicing.
- Must have attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
