Establishes processes and procedures to maintain accuracy and completeness of required documentation. The Servicing Specialist will work with the Servicing team to ensure that loan administration and default administration functions performed by sub servicer meet contractual obligations, investor guidelines, regulatory and legal requirements, and generally accepted servicing practices.

The starting base salary range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00, hourly. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside the provided range.
