Consumer Loan Servicing Manager manages the loan servicing function to deliver efficient collections, escrow, and cashiering operations. Establishes processes and procedures to maintain accuracy and completeness of required documentation. Oversees the preparation of reporting for internal departments and external agencies. Additionally, Consumer Loan Servicing Manager coordinates audit requests and processes.     Salary:
    This position has a base salary range of $44,800 - $67,200 USD Annual. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.

    Summary
    Responsible for meeting Loan Servicing and/or Title department SLAs, provide frontline support and achieve department goals. Provide quality standards for all Titles requests.

    Role and Responsibilities
    1. Support Consumer Loan Servicing and/or Titles Team in reaching department goals.
    2. Assist with processing vehicle titles using the respective states/DMVs guidelines in a timely and accurate manner.
    3. Prepare documents and update existing loan records when subsequent changes have been approved related to modifications, balloons, extension agreements
    4. Assist with communication between BCU and 3rd party partners for assistance on Title Perfection or Product Claims, Purchases and Cancellations.
    5. Provide Letter of Guarantee to insurance companies or Release collateral when loans are paid off (if appropriate).
    6. Support and guide frontline departments with problem solving in a timely manner through emails and TEAMs.
    7. Review, sort and file all mail related to Imaging or Titles department.
    8. Answer questions regarding products, policies, and procedures.
    9. Engage and assist team with best member experience.
    10. Meet and exceed service level standards.

    Qualifications and education requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Results oriented

    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    • High proficiency with Symitar, Akcelerant, Evolve, PSCU, Dealertrack, MS Office Suite preferred
    • Highly motivated, able to prioritize work and perform well in a high-volume environment
