The Job at a Glance

The Loan Servicing Resolution Specialist will respond to member inquiries via telephone regarding loan products and services while providing friendly, accurate and speedy service. They will resolve member issues timely and thoroughly, seeking to exceed member expectations on every call. The position will utilize knowledge of products, data systems and web-based applications to provide information and remedy member service issues.

The Loan Servicing Resolution Specialist handles escalated Member issues directly from Member Solutions Specialist by assisting with questions, handling complex loan scenarios, and resolving escalated issues.

A Typical Day

• Assist all Member Solutions Specialist with loan product issue resolution.
• Respond to member phone inquiries on existing loan products.
• Navigate system applications as needed to resolve inquiries.
• Provide timely, friendly, and accurate service in building member relationships; provide guidance to members to resolve the issue.
• Accurately verify, document, and process member transactions.
• Prioritize workload based on service level agreements.
• Safeguard member accounts and information for privacy and accuracy.
• Resolve complaints by communicating with other departments as needed.
• Provide extraordinary member service by resolving problems thoroughly.
• Perform and process account maintenance, fulfillment requests, research requests, etc.
• Work in collaboration with other team members.
• Recognize and escalate issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We Look For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or call service environment.
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task with accuracy
• Loan servicing experience preferred.
