Loan Servicing Quality Control Specialist

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The Loan Servicing Quality Control Specialist is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the Servicing team loan maintenance input. This includes reviewing the document for completeness, comparing the documentation to the loan system, and verifying monetary transactions cleared ledger correctly and also include assisting the Onboarding QC Specialist with new loan input. The position could interact with customers, branch staff, loan officers, underwriters, and loan processors on a regular basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively with all internal business partners and external customers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to perform independently in setting objectives and determining how to proceed.
• Intermediate understanding of commercial and consumer loan structures.
• Ability to research moderately complex issues.
• Working knowledge of federal and state compliance laws and regulations including a proven ability to apply these requirements to business practices and systems

Qualifications:

• Minimum of six (6) months of clerical or data entry experience in an office setting required
