Oversees the preparation of reporting for internal departments and external agencies. Additionally, Consumer Loan Servicing Manager coordinates audit requests and processes. Develops training and communication mechanisms that inform the team of regulatory requirements and updates. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a senior manager or head of a unit/department. The Consumer Loan Servicing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Sun Loan Company is currently looking for reliable, ambitious, and exceptional Customer Service Loan Specialists to join our dynamic team! Our ideal candidate is a positive, coachable, and dependable team-oriented individual who is driven to provide 5-star customer service in a professional, positive, and friendly manner.
As a Customer Service Loan Specialist, you will be the face of Sun Loan, interacting daily with our customers both in-person and over the phone. In our small team environment, each person plays an important role in the company's success, supporting customers within the community in problem-solving their financial needs.Job duties include:
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Assess customer's loan needs and provide valuable solutions.
- Process new loans and manage communication regarding account status.
- Execute collection calls on overdue accounts.
- Generate new sales leads through marketing and community networking.
- Other duties as assigned.
Must have availability to work:
- Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
- Fridays 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.
- Saturdays 8:30 am -12:30 pm (rotational basis related to office needs).
- Some overtime may be required.
- No Sundays!
