Consumer Loan Servicing Manager manages the loan servicing function to deliver efficient collections, escrow, and cashiering operations. Establishes processes and procedures to maintain accuracy and completeness of required documentation. Being a Consumer Loan Servicing Manager sets operating performance metrics and standards for speed, quality, and customer service. Oversees the preparation of reporting for internal departments and external agencies. Additionally, Consumer Loan Servicing Manager coordinates audit requests and processes.   • Essential Functions & Responsibilities
    Include, but are not limited to:

    1. Perform system loan input and maintenance, as required.
    2. Ensure data integrity in the Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
    3. Provide operational support to branches including problem resolution, process improvement and efficiencies that are consistent with the corporate goals and objectives.
    4. Complete set up, processing and payment of escrow items on loans, as required.
    5. Serve as a backup for other position(s) and perform other duties, as assigned.
    6. Enhance career through work experience and continuing education.
    7. Maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
    8. Participate and respond to examinations, audits and third party reviews.
    9. Comply with the Information Security Program and is accountable for maintaining a high level of risk and security awareness.
    10. Establish a good image for the Bank by being active and visible in the community.
    11. Attend meetings as assigned.
    12. Develop a working knowledge of the Bank’s products and services through usage and webex attendance to provide quality customer service while building relationships and exceeding expectations.

    Education & Experience
    High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; one year of related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Above average verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

    Math
    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

    Reasoning
    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
    Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to outlying branch areas, as business needs dictate.
