Consumer Loan Servicing Supervisor supervises the daily activities of a loan servicing team.     Job Summary:
    • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Servicing Supervisor (hybrid) to join our dynamic team.
    • As the Servicing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing servicing of PROVE’s medical receivables, plaintiff advances, and attorney litigation cost loans.
    • Your primary responsibilities will include:
      • Obtaining case status updates from representing law firms at least once every 90 days;
      • Investigating cases after we receive notification that the representing law firm no longer represents the plaintiff’s case;
      • Providing balance verifications and statements upon request to representing law firms; and
      • Completing insurance audits.
    • The Servicing Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of Servicing Specialists and Calling Specialists to provide exceptional customer service and achieve PROVE’s KPIs.
    • Exceptional customer service is paramount in this role. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail.
    Job Duties:
    • Management of Team:
      • Managing a remote team of Servicing and Calling Specialists, overseeing their daily tasks, ensuring accountability, and driving performance
    • Case Status Updates:
      • Obtain case status updates at least once every 90 days from representing law firms

    • Case Investigation:
      • Investigate cases that are no longer represented by law firms
      • Investigate settlement payments that have been sent to the wrong recipient
    • Balance Verifications and Statements:
      • Provide accurate balance verifications and statements promptly upon request
    • Insurance Audits:
      • Complete thorough insurance audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
