Consumer Loan Servicing Supervisor jobs in Raleigh, NC

As a Servicing Administrator with LYNK Capital, you will work with our post-closing team to services a portfolio of about 300 mortgages. Daily task can include receiving and processing collateral documents, contacting borrowers relating to payments and taxes, and basic A/R – A/P through collections and invoice processing. The ideal candidates will exhibit skills of being highly organized, have the ability to multi-task and work well with our team and lenders.

Job Functions include but are not limited to:

Loan Servicing –

• Respond to customer inquiries about payment and loan status.
• Make outbound collection calls for past due payments.
• Monitor loan status on an assigned portfolio of loans and prepare status and action reports for management review.
• Assist in collateral document processing and tracking.

Accounting –

• Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations of servicing accounts.
• Receive invoices and process vendor payments.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Excel preferred, but not required.
• Experience in Finance/Mortgage Industry referred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
