Onin Staffing in Laurel, MS is hiring immediately for Poultry Facility in Hattiesburg. We are hiring for 1st process, 2nd process and Debone positions.

Experience is great, but not required! Client will train anyone who has the desire to learn and who wants to work.

Will be working with chickens by hanging, pulling, cutting, packing, bagging, and weighing depending on the department you are assigned. Each part of the process has specific pieces to cut or hang in a specific time frame.

Job Requirements:

• Follow all safety rules and company policies
• Have a positive attitude
• Exhibit great attendance and punctuality
• Must be comfortable using a knife
• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day
• Must be able to meet specific production quota

Job pays $13.40 - $14.40 per hour depending on day or night shift. You also have the opportunity to earn a weekly attendance bonus from $40 - $175.00 per week depending on the shift and department you are assigned
