The Deposit Operations Manager oversees the operational activities for the Credit Union’s core Deposit Operations, ensuring that all work is processed within the appropriate timeframes and in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and regulatory laws and policies, internal operating policies, procedures and audit standards.
The primary functions of the Deposit Operations department to include, but not limited to instant payments, notary services, shared branch support, draft processing, ACH functions, wire transfers, corrections, safe deposit boxes, exception processing, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), deposit account product support, unpaid items, check copies and adjustment, return processing, dispute processing, research, and account maintenance.
