QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrates efficiency of general office skills
• Experience utilizing a high level of technology skills
• Willingness to acquire new skills, especially in the area of technology
• Minimum experience: 2-3 years related office experience

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:

Component Functions

• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and record-keeping.
• Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining an electronic filing system are crucial aspects of the role.
• Strong organizational skills to keep track of various tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
• Adaptable and able to adjust quickly to new requirements or challenges, while still maintaining productivity and quality of work.
• Excellent organizational, human relations, verbal and written communication skills including accurate spelling, punctuation and grammar.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
