Contact Center Director directs all aspects of an organization's contact center policies, objectives, operations, and initiatives. Analyzes operations and develops key performance criteria and standards to monitor and manage agents' performance. Being a Contact Center Director establishes operational targets, best practices, and training programs that support service, quality, and efficiency standards. Researches state-of-the-art operations and technology used by contact centers to identify and adopt models and tools to enhance the customer experience and drive efficiency improvements. The Director of OR/Outpatient Service is under the supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer, is responsible for the nursing care of patients seeking Surgical and/or Outpatient Care. She/he should have a working knowledge and practice of the nursing process and demonstrate skill in techniques of good patient care. She/he must be willing to serve as a resource person for fellow employees and possess an understanding that each assigned area must work as a part of the team. She/he assumes responsibility for the Surgical/Outpatient program planning for the departments in collaboration with nursing schools, medical staff and administrative staff.
2. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education: A graduate of an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in surgical nursing. Previous
supervisory/management experience preferred.
Licenses/Certificates: Current Alabama Registered Nurse License. CPR certification and ACLS are required within 6 months of hire. CNOR desired.
