Contact Center Director directs all aspects of an organization's contact center policies, objectives, operations, and initiatives. Analyzes operations and develops key performance criteria and standards to monitor and manage agents' performance. Being a Contact Center Director establishes operational targets, best practices, and training programs that support service, quality, and efficiency standards. Researches state-of-the-art operations and technology used by contact centers to identify and adopt models and tools to enhance the customer experience and drive efficiency improvements. Additionally, Contact Center Director develops collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to maintain effective operations and deliver optimal results. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Contact Center Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Contact Center Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Madison Memorial Hospital (MMH) is seeking a Director of Perinatal Services for its county owned hospital and satellite facilities providing healthcare services to a population of approximately 28,856 in Rexburg, Idaho. The Director of Perinatal Services, under the direct supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), assumes the responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, mission, values and key goals of the organization into the job performance of the Director of Perinatal Services.

    TheDirector of Perinatal Services provides clinical management and operations direction, demonstrates leadership and coordination, and ensures an environment that evidence-based practice is adhered to in all areas of responsibility. Serves as the strategic leader as it relates to patient care, staff development, physician relationships, quality initiatives, program and staff development, and organizational success. The incumbent effectively communicates ideas, direction and feedback to staff, peers, and providers, and adapts rapidly to alterations in healthcare requirements and regulations. The Director of Perinatal Services is responsible for confirming Every Patient receives the best service possible Every Time in relation to the complex financial and resource intense department assigned to them through keen business insight.

    Requirements

    Education/Certifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited College of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), required
    • Master’s Degrees in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related fields will be considered.
    • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Idaho, current (compact license will be accepted while acquiring an Idaho license), required
    • Basic Life Support (BLS), current

    Experience:

    • Minimum of five (5) years of previous nurse management experience, required
    • Previous Nurse Director experience, preferred

    • Skilled in applying teaming building strategies and principles of group process in interaction with staff

    • Applies benchmark data from internal and external sources to identify opportunities for improvement of care and patient safety.
    • Supports and encourages an environment of transparency
    • Prepares operation and capital budgets for areas of responsibility
    • Manages the approved budget and adjusts strategies as needed to meet expectations
    • Evaluates staffing effectiveness, productivity and total cost per unit
    • Researches and implements practice changes directed by evidence based practice
    • Communicates information to staff, providers, multiple departments, and Administration about meaningful decision making
    • Networks with peers to share ideas and conduct mutual problem-solving
    • Promotes and demonstrates the professional image of nursing in demeanor, appearance, attitude and behavior.
