Contact Center Director directs all aspects of an organization's contact center policies, objectives, operations, and initiatives. Analyzes operations and develops key performance criteria and standards to monitor and manage agents' performance. Being a Contact Center Director establishes operational targets, best practices, and training programs that support service, quality, and efficiency standards. Researches state-of-the-art operations and technology used by contact centers to identify and adopt models and tools to enhance the customer experience and drive efficiency improvements. What are we looking for?
We are looking for an fun loving Assistant Center Director with a technology, gaming, and tutoring/teaching background to join our team. The center students comprise of Elementary and Middle School students.
This role has the potential to evolve into Center Director. Having a technology, gaming, background is a must. This is an hourly pay role with commission potential.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of center and be first point of contact for anyone walking in.
- When necessary, run a class or gaming session.
- Have ideas for supplementary curriculum and gaming ideas.
- Manage a team of Sensei's (tutors)(college students) to ensure team and student needs are met.
- Engage with students and families in the center.
- Ensure the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students.
- Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards.
- Ability to think on your feet and be perceptive to center dynamics.
- Report weekly to center owner on progress.
Qualifications:
- A MUST: Strong Technology & Gaming background - comfort with languages (Javascript, Lua, C#, Python) and gaming (Roblox, Minecraft, Scratch). Capable to create curriculum for elementary students.
- Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment, business operations.
- Must be energetic and super fun to work with and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 per hour
