Contact Center Director directs all aspects of an organization's contact center policies, objectives, operations, and initiatives. Analyzes operations and develops key performance criteria and standards to monitor and manage agents' performance. Being a Contact Center Director establishes operational targets, best practices, and training programs that support service, quality, and efficiency standards. Researches state-of-the-art operations and technology used by contact centers to identify and adopt models and tools to enhance the customer experience and drive efficiency improvements. Additionally, Contact Center Director develops collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to maintain effective operations and deliver optimal results. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Contact Center Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training and development
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication
- Monitor and evaluate nursing performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
- Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the nursing department
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, administration, and other departments
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and hospice care systems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in shift management and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in home health or similar healthcare settings is preferred
