Contact Center Director directs all aspects of an organization's contact center policies, objectives, operations, and initiatives. Analyzes operations and develops key performance criteria and standards to monitor and manage agents' performance. Being a Contact Center Director establishes operational targets, best practices, and training programs that support service, quality, and efficiency standards. Researches state-of-the-art operations and technology used by contact centers to identify and adopt models and tools to enhance the customer experience and drive efficiency improvements. Activities Director: The Strasburg Care Center (SCC) is accepting applications for a full-time Activities Director. Job Description meet the needs of our residents in promoting individuality of the residents’ maximal level of social, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and physical functioning through activities. Duties are but not limited to scheduling resident activities daily, conduct resident meetings monthly, plan special events for residents and families, complete assessments, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner, oversee activity staff and volunteers, responsible for work schedule of activity staff. Qualifications include the completion and passing of an Activity Professional Certification class or have an active Occupational Therapy license, 1-year Skilled Nursing Home experience, computer knowledge and CNA profession license.
