Contact Center Director directs all aspects of an organization's contact center policies, objectives, operations, and initiatives. Analyzes operations and develops key performance criteria and standards to monitor and manage agents' performance. Being a Contact Center Director establishes operational targets, best practices, and training programs that support service, quality, and efficiency standards. Researches state-of-the-art operations and technology used by contact centers to identify and adopt models and tools to enhance the customer experience and drive efficiency improvements. Additionally, Contact Center Director develops collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to maintain effective operations and deliver optimal results. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Contact Center Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.   • Department: MMF Contact Center Shift: Primarily Days (United States of America) Employee Type: Regular Per Diem Type (if applicable): Minimum Pay Range: $31.54 - $39.42 Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY Under the direction of the Outpatient Practice Director, the Outpatient Practice Supervisor assists with the oversight of physician offices within the Marshall Medical (MM) Clinics and assists the director with the management of department personnel and ensures the quality of care and use of resources associated with each clinic. Responsible for filling staff vacancies (within their educational scope) in their assigned clinics as need requires. This is a position that requires independent decision-making, emotional and physical stamina, diplomacy, team orientation, a positive attitude and willingness to get the job done regardless of the task. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor's degree in business, finance or healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. *Must meet all DMV requirements listed below. Knowledge: Minimum of five (5) years of recent management experience preferred. Previous out-patient practice & healthcare management experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead productive, engaged teams and work with providers preferred. Excellent understanding of medical office, patient and information flow required. Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to express ideas effectively, both orally and in writing required. Experience where planning, coordination, motivation and direction to staff and ability to propose innovative solutions to challenges have been demonstrated preferred. Demonstrated understanding of, and ability to, implement the requirements of providing patient care within a highly regulated and constantly changing environment required. Demonstrated ability to make decisions in the absence of immediate supervision that benefit the clinic and are in compliance with Marshall Medical Center required. Comfortable with regularly verifying and processing insurance eligibility and obtaining authorization requests, including verifying personal credentials with external partners to obtain this information (e.g., ID.me for identity verification for VA insurance coordination). *Note: Requires employees to drive at least once per pay period. Candidates must possess and supply proof of: a current CA Driver’s License, a clean DMV printout and Auto Insurance coverage with a minimum of $50,000 per person/$100,000 per occurrence (or a combined single limit of $100,000) and property damage coverage in an amount not less than $50,000 per occurrence.
