Contact Center Director directs all aspects of an organization's contact center policies, objectives, operations, and initiatives. Analyzes operations and develops key performance criteria and standards to monitor and manage agents' performance. Being a Contact Center Director establishes operational targets, best practices, and training programs that support service, quality, and efficiency standards. Researches state-of-the-art operations and technology used by contact centers to identify and adopt models and tools to enhance the customer experience and drive efficiency improvements. Additionally, Contact Center Director develops collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to maintain effective operations and deliver optimal results. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Contact Center Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Contact Center Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Rocking Horse Community Health Center (RHCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides healthcare services to some of the area’s most vulnerable populations.

    The organization is seeking an Executive Director for our new School based health clinic at Springfield OH High School which will be fully operational beginning the school year in August 2024. This individual will represent Rocking Horse Community Health Center in the Springfield High School community, various civic, professional, educational, and business groups to foster good public relations in the school community. Will supervise the overall activities of the Springfield High School operation and serves as the primary source of ongoing effective communication between the RHCHC CEO and Springfield High School staff.

    Position Info:

    Position Title: Executive Director of School Based Health Center

    Primary Service Center: Springfield, Ohio (School based position is located at Springfield High School)

    FLSA Status: Salaried – Exempt position

    Work Hours: Full-time position – this is not a remote position.

    Education Requirements:

    Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university is preferred, minimum Associate’s degree. Two to four year(s) experience in a healthcare/clinical setting is preferred.

    Education and/or Experience
    : A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred, minimum Associate degree. Two to four years’ experience in a healthcare/clinical setting is preferred.


    Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.


    Mathematical Skills
    : Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent to draw and interpret bar graphs.


    Reasoning Ability
    : Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.


    Computer skills
    : To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office and other electronic recordkeeping and EMR software.


    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
    : A current driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. An individual who poses a direct threat to the health and safety of himself/herself or others in the workplace will be deemed not qualified for this position.
