Being a Contact Center Quality Analyst provides feedback to improve performance and develops training programs. Works with other internal teams to define quality metrics. Additionally, Contact Center Quality Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Quality Analyst gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. The Opportunity
NJM is seeking talented, friendly customer service orientated professionals to become Licensed Account Representatives (formal NJM title) in our nationally recognized contact center. As part of your NJM experience, you will receive top-quality paid training to prepare you for this position in personal lines insurance. On our team, you will play an important role in continuing to build upon the long-standing reputation of delivering award winning service to NJM policyholders by assisting them with setting up new policies, and completing policy transactions, as well as general coverage and billing questions.
Available Shift(s):
DAY SHIFT
Monday-Thursday 9:45AM - 6:00PM & every Saturday 8:30AM - 4:45PM
