Overview:

The Senior Data Analyst duties and responsibilities include analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that contribute to strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical solutions.

·        Design and implement data analytics processes, including data collection, cleansing, analysis, and visualization.

·        Develop predictive models and algorithms to forecast business outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

·        Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.

·        Create and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

·        Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

1.   Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

2.   5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the energy or related industry.

3.   Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.

4.   Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with data modeling and machine learning techniques.

5.   Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights.

6.   Proven track record of delivering high-quality analytical solutions and driving business impact.

Language Ability:

Ability to effectively communicate with management in English. Ability to interact with all levels of management.
