Contact Center Quality Analyst, Sr. jobs in Springfield, IL

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking an experienced Sr. Quality Inspector for a 3 month project in Decatur IL. Travel assistance may be available as well if not local.

Pay-$30-$35hr

1st Shift

Skill Set Requirements :

• Demonstrated ability in reading and interpreting engineering and assembly drawings a must.
• Comprehension level knowledge and understanding of inspection techniques and the use of the appropriate measuring tools, equipment, and gages.

Micrometers, Bore Gage, Thread Gages, etc.)

• Experience with hand tools and the ability to support short-term re-work of parts.
• Demonstrated ability in written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills.

Scope of Work :

• Work directly with a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) regarding customer-supplied parts.
• Respond to assembly line quality problems when customer-supplied parts are suspected of being non-conforming. (Mostly powertrain components, axle housing, diff carriers, spindles, and other similar parts.)
• Evaluate the issue and verify that the customer part is the cause.
• Document issues. (Pictures are essential)
• Prepare end-of-day reports to email to a group email address daily.
