Contact Center Quality Assurance Auditor jobs in Baton Rouge, LA

Contact Center Quality Assurance Auditor monitors and measures the quality of inbound and/or outbound customer service calls. Prepares and presents audit reports for management to identify the issues and performance. Being a Contact Center Quality Assurance Auditor assists with feedback and training of individuals who have contact with customers. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Contact Center Quality Assurance Auditor typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Quality Assurance Auditor gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     $32 - $35 / hour based on experience

    Function:

    Provides, plans, coordinates or manages nursing rehabilitation and nursing restorative care for residents identified as needing such care.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Supervises nursing rehabilitation or restorative nursing care provided by nursing assistants, licensed vocational/practical nurses and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible.
    • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizational policies and applicable laws.
    • Supervisory responsibilities include:
      • Interviews, recommends hires and trains associates.
      • Plans, assigns and directs work.
      • Prepares work assignment sheets, taking into consideration patient safety, the educational preparation, experience, knowledge and ability of the persons to whom the assignments are made.
      • Receives calls and finds replacements for absent staff.
      • Transfers associates among units as needed.

    Responsibilities

    • Evaluates assigned patients
    • Plans, implements and documents nursing care.
    • Assists physicians during examinations and procedures.
    • Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the RN.
    • Promotes patients’ independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
    • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    • Performs a variety of tasks.
    • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
    • Valid registration as an RN in the state of Practice
    • Completion of relevant state Board of Nursing approved.
