Contact Center Quality Assurance Auditor jobs in Lincoln, NE

**THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN CRETE, NEBRASKA**

The Quality Assurance Technician (QA tech) will fill an essential role in the monitoring and advancement of the safety and quality programs within the company. Through continuous process checks, the QA tech will ensure the integrity of each batch of product that the company produces, so that the company’s customers will have confidence that company’s product meets their specific ingredient specification requirements. The successful QA tech will have critical thinking skills, a tenacious character, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Perform process checks throughout the processing, packaging, sanitation and warehousing functions of the company, including pre-operational checks, sanitation verification, label checks, net weight checks, package integrity checks, and organoleptic checks
• Calibrate test equipment
• Pull samples for submittal to external laboratory vendor for batch testing
• Test and document batch testing results for creation of certificate analysis for customer
• Provide independent oversight of processes, verifying compliance to company standards and policies, and effectively communicating when there are deviations from standards or processes
• Assist in training employees on food safety, company processes and GMP’s
• Maintain accurate and organized records of QA activities
• Maintain organized inventory of retained products
• Monitor HACCP critical control points
• Maintain ongoing company compliance with all applicable regulations
• Conduct research on Quality Assurance issues and communicate findings to the Quality Assurance Manager

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• Work standing or walking for most working shifts
• Perform physical duties, including but not limited to pushing, pulling, lifting, twisting, and walking
• Basic math and literacy
• Conversant in English; Spanish a plus
• Basic computer operation skills
• Ability to understand and operate product testing equipment
• High level of organizational skills, including written and verbal communication, creative problem solving, and commitment to company goals
• Entrepreneurial attitude towards continuous improvements to food safety systems

• Must be able to send and read emails
• Must be willing to work in Crete, Nebraska
