Contact Center Quality Manager oversees contact center quality assurance programs. Establishes standards governing customer interactions and implements monitoring programs. Being a Contact Center Quality Manager designs training programs or process enhancements that correct quality issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Contact Center Quality Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Contact Center Quality Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Contact Center Quality Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Position Highlights
    Highly visible position where you will work collaboratively with Center leadership to create a work environment that positions Genesis as the employer of choice and a culture committed to the Genesis Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
    Monitor key metrics to gauge success such as employee satisfaction, development, retention, achievement of established excellence goals, and key performance indicators.
    Conduct full-cycle talent acquisition for the center and develop talent management plans along with center leadership for employee engagement, retention, recruitment and recognition.
    Support center leadership in the fair and consistent administration of Genesis Human Resources policies and procedures, pay practices and collective bargaining agreements, if applicable.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or SPHR/PHR preferred. 3 years previous work experience in Human Resources with proven track record preferred. Prior experience in healthcare or long-term care setting preferred. Must possess experience using systems and technology to support work activities. Ability to work flexible hours in order to meet with employees who work 24/7 is required.
