THE ROLE
Here at Inktel, we’re not just searching for any Project Implementation Manager – we want a rockstar that can infuse their creativity and uniqueness directly into their work. As our resident new project implementations expert, you will be the owner of all things project management related including planning, managing, and executing the successful implementation of new projects within the organization.
This role requires a dynamic individual with strong project management skills, the ability to collaborate across departments, and a focus on ensuring that new initiatives are seamlessly integrated into existing operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Drive strategic business initiatives for the implementation and integration of new business by accurately interpreting scope of work.
· Design a project plan for implementation with a deep understanding on staffing, forecasting, KPI’s, and call center best practices.
· Act as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor between our call center and the client by creating operational processes that streamline workflows for seamless implementations.
· Collaborate with sales, recruiting, training, and operational team members to ensure tight alignment on deliverables.
· Provide frequent project status updates to relevant business leaders, including project progress, roadblocks, and next steps.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
· 8 years of experience in a highly cross-functional role (ie project manager, business operations, strategy & ops). Ideally at a high-growth company.
· Mastery of the typical stages of project management (requirements, approval/prioritization, planning, execution, rollout, post-mortem/retrospective, success analysis).
· Excellent approach to problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities.
· Experience with projects of a more technical nature such as 3rd-party integrations, enterprise applications, or IT infrastructure.
· Proven experience in launching and completing projects in a fast paced environment is a plus.
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
· Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree or project management certification a plus.
