Typically reports to a supervisor. The Contact Center Representative - Inbound works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.     Description
    We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Inbound Call Center Representative in the photography industry. As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with their inquiries. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
    • Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
    • Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide follow-up as needed
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a personalized and tailored experience

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language
    • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a high level of professionalism
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
    • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
