Being a Contact Center Representative - Inbound answers inquiries regarding the company products, services, delivery, installation, or billing following scripts or standard responses. Enters orders and assists the customer with the purchase by suggesting appropriate products. Additionally, Contact Center Representative - Inbound may redirect calls to other teams depending on the nature of the inquiry. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Contact Center Representative - Inbound works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Position Overview:
This position supports the organization through professional, high quality client service to internal and external clients, prospects and third parties.
Essential Functions:
Provides exceptional service and a consistent client experience that aligns with the mission and vision of Compeer.
Responds to client faxes and email inquiries.
Monitors Compass email box & triages as necessary.
At the client's request, performs a variety of transactions.
Answers and resolves client questions including address changes, patronage information and eSign documents.
Actively promotes the organization's digital offering to enhance the client experience.
Assists clients in account maintenance corrections. Investi gates misapplied payments and consults with Finance as needed to understand data to assist in correcting the issue or explaining the issue to the client.
Transfers incoming calls to the appropriate team member when needed.
Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High school diploma or GED.
0-5 years of client service experience, preferably in a financial institution.Solid technical skills.
General knowledge of farming operations and agriculture.
General knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Mathematical and problem solving skills.
Basic typing skills.
Organizational, listening, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer skills, including MS Office applications, customer relationship management (CRM) programs, online banking applications, document management software and other related ap plications.
Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members to service all aspects of client needs.
