Contact Center Representative - Inbound answers incoming customer calls inquiring about products with a focus on selling products or services. Performs call logging and routine tasks to fulfill caller requests. Being a Contact Center Representative - Inbound answers inquiries regarding the company products, services, delivery, installation, or billing following scripts or standard responses. Enters orders and assists the customer with the purchase by suggesting appropriate products. Additionally, Contact Center Representative - Inbound may redirect calls to other teams depending on the nature of the inquiry. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Contact Center Representative - Inbound works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative

  • DIGI America Inc. has an immediate opening in our Customer Service department. The customer service representative will support our Customer Service hotline.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Answer incoming calls and entering customer information into our ticket system in order to open up a ticket for service.
    • Staying on top of entering changes and adjustment or cancellations
    • Make outgoing calls to our service providers to ensure customer service calls are handled in person
    • Following up on service calls to ensure customer’s issues have been resolved and closing out calls.
    • Handling any paperwork that needs to be processed.
    • Helping out with any other work office tasks
    • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations
    • Call Center Customer Service Representative will also be taking part in a cell rotation for after-hours hotline support. This rotation has additional compensation apart from regular pay.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Strong computer skills including all Microsoft office products
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Dependability and punctuality
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Customer service experience preferred but not required
