Contact Center Representative - Inbound answers incoming customer calls inquiring about products with a focus on selling products or services. Performs call logging and routine tasks to fulfill caller requests. Being a Contact Center Representative - Inbound answers inquiries regarding the company products, services, delivery, installation, or billing following scripts or standard responses. Enters orders and assists the customer with the purchase by suggesting appropriate products. Additionally, Contact Center Representative - Inbound may redirect calls to other teams depending on the nature of the inquiry. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Contact Center Representative - Inbound works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Must reside in close proximity, within 1 to 1.5 hours of New Berlin, NY because of on-site responsibilities.
Hybrid Role: this position requires onsite training at our New Berlin, NY Office for approximately the first 2-3 months of employment. Then occasional on-site responsibilities after training are complete.
Schedule: Monday through Friday. Hours rotate on a weekly basis between the two following shifts:

The base pay range for this position is $17.00 to max $21.25 paid on an hourly basis. The rate offered to any candidate will be reflective of the candidate’s experience and any relevant education, certification, or qualifications related to their ability to perform the responsibilities of this position as permitted by law.
