These positions include a competitive hourly rate of pay plus commission and company benefits with 401K options after 90 days of employment. Responsibilities Process incoming or place outbound customer/prospect calls regarding various products and services. Obtains and enters accurate data while speaking with potential leads or customers to provide complete information and assistance to TruGreen customer/leads. Identify needs of customer and deliver services and/or products that are specific to the customer need in order to generate revenue. Promote products and/or services Closes sales to achieve objectives utilizing consultative sales Successfully complete all training courses after hire date. Generates sales of residential lawn care services to new and existing customers through inbound and outbound contacts via telephone and/or digital channels in support of targeted marketing campaigns Quotes prices, negotiates with customer, and closes the sale. Pay Ranges $31,819.00 - $58,865.00 This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
