This position is full-time, call center and store associate.
Job Summary: Responsible for answering inbound calls from catalog customers and prospects, assisting them with their purchases, providing them with product information, entering their orders online and resolving a variety of customer issues. The ideal person will also need to be comfortable making outbound calls and upselling during all calls.
While working in the retail store, the role is to THRILL our customers by keeping the store looking great, helping with inventory management, and cash handling (opening and closing duties). Through various training, the Associate gains an in-depth knowledge of our products and the stories that make these artisan products unique. The Associate will need to love working in a team environment and be flexible to help the team succeed. This position reports to the Customer Experience Manager.
