1st Community Credit Union is a midsized Credit Union based in Western Wisconsin with 3 locations. Our offices are located in Tomah, Sparta, and West Salem.

We service 14 counties in our field of membership. We are currently seek a Call Center Representative I to work in our West Salem Location.

This position will provide information and member service concerning the credit union and its products and services to credit union members, ensuring the highest quality of member service.

• Some of the essential functions of the position are;
• Providing service and information in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner via telephone or correspondence.
• Reveiw, follow-up, and decision eligible membership applications submitted through online portal.
• Research and solve routine member questions.
• Verify accounts
• Work with all of our online services by providing excellent member service.
• Follow all policy's and procedures and maintain confidentiality with all member interactions.
