Responds to customer inquiries using standard scripts, dialogues, or talking points. Being a Contact Center Representative (Incl. Selling) processes routine requests for information or services and transfers complex requests to support teams. Obtains new orders and closes pending sales for products or services. Additionally, Contact Center Representative (Incl. Selling) identifies opportunities to upsell additional products and tracks prospect interactions in the system. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Contact Center Representative (Incl. Finger Lakes Dental Care is looking for a full-time Contact Center Representative to join our team, in our Canandaigua Office. We are a fast-growing practice and looking for a compassionate, detail oriented and organized candidate to fill this role.
Our Contact Center team answers patient calls for all of our Finger Lakes Dental locations. They schedule patient appointments, makes confirmation and follow up calls to patients, as well as maintain the doctor’s schedules in each location.

Schedule for this position will be as follows:
Monday 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Thursday 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday 6:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Education and Experience:
