Additionally, Contact Center Representative (Incl. Selling) identifies opportunities to upsell additional products and tracks prospect interactions in the system. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Contact Center Representative (Incl. Selling) works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. Need 1 year of experience at a Credit Union or BankLogistics of the Role:
- Full Time - Direct Hire - Our client is looking to pay around 20/hr. Flexible
- On Site
- Communicate with opposing parties to negotiate settlement terms and amounts for accounts.
- Communicate offers with clients, vendors, opposing parties.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to determine client's budget to settle an account.
- Keep case management system up to date with notes and progress.
- Coordinate with paralegals and attorneys while working on settling a case.
- Correspond with client vendors to ensure creditor payments are sent in a timely manner.
- Follow up with clients and vendors for payment of filing fees and legal costs.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 1 year of experience at a Credit Union or Bank
- High School Diploma
- Must be okay with being subject to drug and background check
- Extremely well organized and ability to multi-task/follow-up
- Able to take criticism well
- Experience with Microsoft Suite / Spreadsheets
