Contact Center Representative - Outbound jobs in Bellingham, WA

Cornwall Medical Center, home to Mt. Shuksan Family Medicine and Dermatology, Advanced Sports Chiropractic and Massage and Align Chiropractic and Massage. We're a busy, privately-owned clinic, in the heart of Bellingham, WA., offering primary, chiropractic and massage services.

We are looking to hire someone that is nimble and has a can do attitude to join our amazing team and support our billing and patient services departments.

Billing Department: 15 - 20 hours per week

Patient Services Department: 10 - 15 hours per week

The responsibilities of this position include:

• Review claims for submission
• Assist with claim denials
• Writing and sending appeals
• Claim denial tracking and corrections follow-up
• Greeting patients
• Checking patients in and out
• Appointment scheduling
• Inbound and outbound phone calls and voicemail response
• Email and fax correspondence
• Scanning documents
• Collect payments
• General chart/appointment preparation

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
