THE JOB
We are looking for a Support Center Representative at our Billings West End location.
In this position you will answer incoming calls, assist members with transactions, account questions and card issues over the phone, and efficiently connect members to appropriate staff, and become familiar with the Interactive Teller Machines.
Applicant must have a high comfort level working in a call center atmosphere, be able to multi-task and thrive in a team environment.
