Job Summary
The Outbound Sales Representative focuses on securing sales, generating leads, and maintaining Total Care Club membership accounts. The outbound sales position supports the organization marketing strategy and sales objective through client correspondence utilizing the Lion Home Service client database.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Learn and maintain an expert level of comprehensive knowledge of services and membership packages to accelerate opportunities to closure.
· Conduct client correspondence through list management utilizing various forms of communication tools; text, calls, and emails.
· Record accurate information in ServiceTitan software to ensure client information and correspondence is up to date.
· Provide relevant offers to clients to meet sales targets and owed membership services.
· Create opportunities to up sell additional products or services.
· Supports organization sales objectives by meeting and exceeding department level KPI’s: booking volume and booking percentages.
· Effectively manage conflict resolution with clients through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently.
· Ability to follow established processes and procedures at department, division, and organization levels.
· Follow decision making criteria, experience, and intuition to create service opportunities to clients.
· At the request of the Coach or Departmental Lead, may be required to perform administrative duties to assist with the overall efficiency of the operation.
· Participate in all company sponsored training classes.
· All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
· Minimum 1 year of experience in phone sales or customer service experience.
· Geographical knowledge of service area.
· Ability to proficiently utilize computer technology and scheduling software.
· Strong customer service and communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
· Energetic and personable with a willingness to assist our clients on the phone.
· Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
· Willingness to adapt to change.
· GED or High School Diploma.
Desirable Qualifications
· Associate's Degree or Certification in Sales, Business, or related field.
· 3 years of experience in Sales or Call Center Sales environment.
· Experience with Service Titan software.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
· Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
· Must have sufficient auditory functioning and visual acuity to operate computer-aided call management hardware, software and communications equipment.
· Ability to work under stressful conditions and may be exposed to verbal and/or physical confrontations.
· Must be able to work extended hours, nights or weekends.
· Work assignments may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation to a known disability.
