A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CSR - CONTACT CENTER PROFESSIONAL
As a CSR - Contact Center Professional, you become a pro at generating appointments for our design consultants. Each day, you make calls to homeowners. Cheerfully, you deliver our scripted pitch, adjusting it as needed to meet the needs of each individual client.
You practice active listening and carefully build trust between yourself and the customer. Then, you obtain the client's information, including names, addresses, and phone numbers, and set appointments for our design consultants. Additionally, you make calls to confirm appointments and to ensure customer satisfaction. You love working with people and take pride in completing successful calls!
QUALIFICATIONS
We offer 100% paid training - no experience is necessary!
WORK SCHEDULE
This position is full-time and typically works 8:30 am to 7 pm Monday- Friday, and Saturday with some weekend shifts.
